Subprocessors

WickedSelf LLC (doing business as SmashTheFeed) uses the service providers below to process personal information in providing the Service. This page forms part of our Data Processing Addendum, which explains how we give notice of changes and how you can object.

Subprocessors

• Vercel Inc. (United States): website and application hosting, serverless computing and content delivery.
• Supabase Inc. (United States; data stored in the U.S. East region): database, user authentication (including sign-in code emails), and storage of uploaded photos and videos.
• Anthropic, PBC (United States): artificial intelligence models that generate and review content, analyze images and video frames, summarize reviews and comments, and answer questions about results.
• Deepgram, Inc. (United States): speech-to-text transcription of the audio in uploaded videos (with model improvement turned off).
• Stripe, Inc. (United States): payment processing, subscriptions, invoicing and fraud prevention.
• Resend (United States): delivery of weekly briefs, upload links and other account emails.
• Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) (United States): error monitoring and alerts about failures.
• Google LLC (United States): Places service for public business information and reviews.
• DataForSEO: search data about common questions for a type of business and area. No personal information is sent to this provider.

Platforms you connect

These are not our subprocessors. You choose to connect them, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram): publishing your posts, and reading your post and account metrics and comments.
• Google LLC (Google Business Profile): listing your locations and reading your reviews, when you sign in with Google.
• Mindbody, Inc., and other booking, scheduling or customer-management systems we may support: reading new-customer and booking records to measure results.
• TikTok and other platforms we may support in the future: publishing and reading performance data, when available and connected.

Changes

We update this page before a new subprocessor begins processing personal information, as our Data Processing Addendum describes. Questions: privacy@smashthefeed.com.
